about me

I'VE WORKED IN ALL AREAS OF THE ENTERTAINMENT AND ADVERTISING INDUSTRY.

I started young and got my foot in the door in feature film production, then commercial photography and copywriting. I became a marketing and experiential lead in my twenties, owned a mainstream culture blog and even directed some award-winning music videos before moving into creative leadership with hybrid art + copy skills and a chonky black book.

As a creative leader, I've led campaigns, activations and live experiences for Samsung, Lexus, Snickers, Wrigley's Extra, Twix, Sony, Chiquita, E45, Opel, Reckitts, Hyundai, Kia and Louis Vuitton. I've also designed motion entertainment, brand partnerships and sponsorships for Lexus, Sky Sports, ATP, LTA, Samsung, National Geographic, Snickers, Hyundai, Monocle Magazine and Milan Design Week and won some metal for it. 

Blending creative ideas with tech is my favourite niche and I develop apps in my own time. As a result, I was a first adopter of AI in creative excellence, creating first of their kind apps for Wrigleys Extra and Coca Cola brand, Oasis. I set up a small Innovation R&D team at T&P in 2023, which is bigger than me now and includes AI, AR/VR/XR, Product Design, IP and app development. I love entrepreneurial creativity and believe we all have a few business ideas in our books that are worth developing.

As a Group Head, I have experience building teams from the ground up. This includes a 50 person bespoke team for the Opel Vauxhall account at McCann Worldwide and I currently lead internal creative, design and production teams on Lexus EMEA, Mars Wrigley and Coca Cola at T&P.

Partnering with global clients, offering a clear vision and building agile teams fulfils me in a slightly nerdy way. I've led 100+ global pitches and contributed £600m in retained agency growth.

I enjoy finding the right talent and coaching, mentoring and taking them to the next level. I founded M&kers at T&P, which encompasses Creative, Innovation, Production and Design departments and serves up events and internal training, including social trends, creative hacks, director and photographer talks and a film club.

Concept and initial execution of this new channel by me. Included training Nat Geo photographers on location in Svalbard and Greenland to create behind the scenes content for Instagram on every expedition. At the time I ran a travel account and blog called @soshetravelled with 30,000 organic followers based solely on mobile travel content.

Shot a load of my cool(er than me) East London mates for the influencer-first launch of the Samsung Note 4 and 5, giving Samsung a much needed connection to youth culture that felt and looked fresh and authentic by picking locations connected to the talent eg. recording studios, bedrooms, barges etc.

Live Event - Resort Collection Palm Springs 

Brief: Ziggy Stardust landed in Palm Springs. Lots of fun building a narrative around the event, casting alien-ish performance models to interact with guests and occupy Bob Hope's futuristic former home as if they lived there. Highlight was seeing the make-up looks brought to life by Pat McGrath.
